When you download or use the program, these terms and conditions automatically apply to you, so you should make sure you read them carefully before using the program. You are not permitted to copy or modify the program, any part of it or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to obtain the source code of the program, nor should you attempt to translate the program into other languages or create derivative versions. The program itself and all related trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights remain owned by Neirlast. Still, some resources may be taken from the public domain, and they are copyright free!
Neirlast strives to make the app as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge for the app or its services without explaining to you exactly what you are paying for.
The app is not a virus! We do not send anything to our server; all information (time spent in apps) is stored only on your device.

You should be aware that there are some things for which Neirlast is not responsible. Some app features require the app to have an active Internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your cell phone carrier, but Neirlast cannot be responsible for the app not working to its full potential if you don't have access to Wi-Fi and you have no data allowance left.
If you use the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should be aware that the terms of your agreement with your wireless carrier will still apply. As a result, your mobile carrier may charge you data charges for connection time when you access the app or other third-party charges. When you use the app, you are responsible for any such charges, including data roaming charges, if you use the app outside your home territory (i.e. region or country) without disabling data roaming. In the same spirit, Neirlast cannot take responsibility for how you use the app, that is. You should make sure your device stays charged - if it has a dead battery and you can't turn it on to use the service, Neirlast can't take responsibility.
Regarding Neirlast's responsibility for your use of the app, when using the app, it is important to remember that while we strive to ensure that it is always updated and correct, we rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can make it available to you. Neirlast will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that you incur as a result of your complete reliance on this program functionality.
At some point, we may want to update the app. The program is currently available for Android - requirements for systems (and for any additional systems to which we choose to extend the program's availability) may change, and you will need to download an update if you wish to save using the program. Neirlast does not promise that it will always update the app to match you and/or work with the version of Android installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the app when they are offered. We may also stop providing the app, and may discontinue using it at any time without notifying you of the discontinuance. Unless we notify you otherwise, termination (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the app and (if applicable) remove it from your device.
